Busy Summer Production at SHLION's Metal Fabrication Workshop

With a full order schedule and outdoor temperatures reaching 38°C, SHLION's fabrication team is keeping cutting, forming, welding and frame preparation moving.

SHLION worker welding metal components during busy summer production

Late July has brought both strong summer heat and a full production schedule to SHLION's metal fabrication workshop. As temperatures outside reached 38°C, the workshop floor felt even warmer, but the team remained focused on advancing current orders through each production stage.

From raw steel preparation to formed parts and welded structures, batches are moving through the workshop to support the next stages of medical bed and medical furniture assembly.

A Full Order Schedule in Motion Stacks of prepared components across the workshop show the pace of current production. Each batch is organized for the next operation so downstream assembly can continue steadily.

Cutting and Forming the Core Components

Metal fabrication begins with accurate material preparation. Laser cutting, tube forming and component processing create the parts that will later become bed frames, support structures and medical furniture assemblies.

Welding Keeps Production Moving

Welding is a central part of the day's workflow. The team works through prepared batches and fixtures, joining structural components before they proceed to inspection and subsequent finishing operations.

Prepared Batches for the Next Production Stage

Rows of welded panels, frame sections and formed components are being prepared in volume. These workshop scenes reflect the practical coordination required to keep multiple customer orders progressing at the same time.

Behind every finished SHLION hospital bed, nursing bed or medical furniture product is a series of disciplined workshop processes. The effort of our production team during this busy summer period helps turn a full order schedule into steady progress for customer deliveries.
